When you have led a generally inactive lifestyle and you decide to start playing golf, you may realize that it is not that easy to just begin playing’-holes. However, if you have been playing golf for some time you are probably in a lot better physical shape, but your golf game will be to a great extent determined by your level of physical fitness.
